"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. "Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is a hotel we repeated stays at every time we are in that area. It has a wonderful view of the Twin Towers and is conveniently located to excellent shopping, food, and entertainment options! We also enjoy their widespread breakfast buffet! We will visit soon!"
