Fuji from the back of the hotel is breathtaking. The onsen was quite peaceful and relaxing with a mix of hotel guests and locals from the public. "Great hotel in peaceful area. Easy to walk to from the rope/cable cars. I didn’t realize that the photo of the hotel with the pool that has sitting area in a circle is not a pool, it is just a water feature/fountain with a hot foot bath on the side. Also the spas here are gender separate and traditional onsen with no clothing allowed. They have spa service onsite but it fills up quickly. We got to enjoy the 2 massage chairs for free, which we absolutely loved. Our room had a private onsen bath...
