"Quiet place for relaxing, I will come back again soon"

"We stayed in their condo as a splurge for our honeymoon and VERY glad we did. Things close early in the area so we knew we wanted a great place to stay and relax. As a vacation hotel room, this space is amazing! I will say though, quality of what is within the room was a bit inconsistent with how luxe it appeared, for example: toilet paper was terrible, towels were super thin and rough, the laundry room included was actually super tiny under a staircase and a shock that they'd even want guests...

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels and areas we have ever stayed at. The staff was super kind, helpful, and fun. The dinner included with our reservation was top tier and the outside gardens were absolutely gorgeous. We spent most of our time walking around enjoying the garden in between dinner and the onsen. We can not wait to visit here again. "

"Lovely setting overlooking the lake. The room was large and airy with some traditional touches. It is very quiet in and around the hotel, convenient for the cable car and bus around the lake. Free drinks and snacks were an enjoyable treat as it was quite a walk to station. Wish we had stayed longer and made more use of the onsen"

"This property was beautiful and the onsens were amazing. We loved that the baths were private so that our children could use them as well. We had dinner at the property and it was delicious and quite a treat. Anyone planning to stay should know that this property is not very walkable. It is not only further away than other properties, it is on a hillside. We utilized taxis a great deal. This property was also not clean. There was mold growing on the walls and bugs (mosquitos?) smashed...

"The service at this establishment was wonderful. Everyone was helpful, patient, and caring. Really made our stay a pleasant one. The private onsen was great! Didnt realize there was a bus conveniently located nearby you could take to/from the Hakone-Yumoto Station which made things easier even though it was within walking distance (approx 15mins) "
