If you're leaving the hotel before 6:30am for an early flight, don't bother paying for breakfast as there's only a very small amount on offer as continental choice, which, honestly wasn't worth the money paid. The general manager and his team offered a exceptional service. However my room was cold and the mattress was uncomfortable. The hotel’s facilities were average. The gym had a few machines out of order and no water cooler. I did appreciate the convenient location, which allowed me to explore the city easily. Overall, my stay was good. I would recommend...

"This is a badic, comfortable, clean and convenient hotel. No frills, but perfect for your needs. Beds were super comfy and clean. The price is great too....second stay at this location as its walking distance from Birmingham international airport, and close to the city center for shopping. Will certainly book there again"
