"Great breakfast, shuttle was key as we did not touch our car through the whole tip, pool and bar was a big plus and the room with king and sofa bed gave us plenty of room for the 2 of us. "

"The property was nice but was old. Very clean and bed slept great! The only thing that I feel needs to be addressed is the pillows. They were paper thin and didn't support good sleep. I suggest supplying the rooms with thicker pillows. Otherwise, loved the stay!"

"First time guests @ Duval House for 5 nights. Liked being able to reach our favorite places in Old Town by walking in 15 min or less. Our private porch & rockers were nice, too. Only 1 bath towel provided for each of us. Got extra pillow & blanket next morning when office opened. Air conditioner was noisy, but kept the room comfortable. "

"Nice quiet secure hotel and grounds only 2 blocks from Duval Street. Great hospitality from staff, especially Patrick. They have a good continental bteakfast and a happy hour at night.The room is old, but clean and beds are comfortable. Outdoor pool is heated. Loved the landscaping and the roosters! Just be aware there is no laundry. Very convenient to everything. I plan to come back."

"We were looking for a property close to the West Ferry Terminal, 100 Grinnell Street, at the Historic Seaport. This property was a 12 min walk. Property contained several individual rooms with own entrances. Our room (Truman -2nd floor) was small but very colorful. Nice molding & comfortable bed. Towels were small and thin. Room was not sound proof which is why we gave it 3 stars for Condition. Roosters & garbage truck are your 5-6am wake up call. Felt it was a very nice place but overpriced."
