"It was a nice property .. Key West vibe. We had the smallest room and it was ok but there was no place to hang a shirt or jacket. Also the light outside the room was on all night and it looked like daytime in the room. Then the roosters all over the place started crowing quite early. But let me tell you there is a lot of that on the island. The outside of the property is very nice, pool and hot tub are nice and the outside area is a little oasis. Plenty of seating. 1/2 block off Duval and music...

"The property was very clean and well kept. It was so convenient to many locations in Key West - Duvall Street, the fort, historic area. The breakfast was good - a typical continental breakfast - fresh croissants from a local bakery, yogurts, cereal, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The public areas (upstairs porch, outside front porch, and backyard patio) were very nice and comfortable. We ate lunch on the upstairs porch twice while there. "Communication was almost nonexistent. I sent a message and got an auto reply that it could be 24 hours for a response. Never received one. Room was clean and spacious. The biulding is old and needs a fresh coat of paint and there is no real noise barriers from other rooms. But, while not perfect, we did enjoy and would return."

"We loved our room, it was quiet and comfy. The pool was great as was the breakfast area. Nice to chat with others staying at the hotel. It's a great location of course. Highly recommended! The staff were very helpful and provided great tips for things to do, as well as parking! Check with the staff before you drive all over town looking for parking!"

"We were looking for a quick trip someplace warm before Christmas. Clean and great location. Want to go back one day"

"We stayed in Nassau Suite.. facing building upper right front…. So close to everything, no need for transportation. Unit was as advertised, all the needed necessities. Parking space onsite limited but had no issues…. There is also a paid lot close buy if needed. Dryer works best on manual settings. Overall satisfied and enjoyed our stay"

"Owner communication was great and Master Suite was very comfortable. AC worked great, boat has lot of bathroom space! Our charter to see the sunset was spectacular with such a great kind crew that did a professional job. Our stay overall was verand will book again on our next trip"

"Rented this nice boat for 2 nights for a two 60-somethings and three 20-somethings. From "A to Z" it meet or exceeded our expectations. Boat was a bit old, the carpets, etc. were more that a bit "dingy", and 5 adults certainly "maxed out" the space.... but we didn't care much. It was such a unique experience for our 3 younger guests who had NEVER been on a boat before. The harbor is very nice with good restaurants. etc. Jim our "check-in /out" guy was great. Jeff our captain for our 4 hour boat...
