"Property itself is great, pool is nice, glad it was heated. Property manager allowed us to drop off bags once we arrived, which was good so we didnt have to carry them around before check in. Also allowed for us to leave bags after checkout, before our flight. Great location if you do not mind the noise throughout the night and earler morning. Top 2 bedrooms the noise was not an issue, the Master bedroom on the other hand if you are a light sleeper DO NOT pick that room. Besides that the...

"The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The place was clean and well maintained. TV/cable instructions would have been very helpful. The upstairs hallway smoke detector triggered for no apparent reason and i had to stand on a stool to deactivate it -kind of dangerous."

It both adds ambience and annoys, though it is largely unobjectionable classic rock performed adequately well. "Very comfortable beds & pillows!!!! Just minutes away from Key West - Duval St, Lighthouse, Southernmost Buoy, Zero Mile Marker, Restaurants, & Shopping. Very quiet gated community/neighborhood. Felt very safe walking dog @ all hours of the night/am (10 pm - 5 am) Definitely a great place to stay. Pool was in backyard area…just a couple of steps away! Enjoyed our stay & visit in this area. "You could ask for nothing more at Kevin and Heather's villas. Every need is met - breakfast, snacks, daily happy hour. Villa was comfy, beds were comfy, pool was gorgeous and hot tub was warm and inviting. Plenty of friendly neighbors to talk to at the hot tub nightly or on the front porch at breakfast. Heather and Kevin made my 60th birthday trip special - they even did a birthday cake shot for Happy Hour! Loved our short time there and hope to go back next year."

"The villas are very well located, close to restaurants, bars and all the social life of Key West, they treated us very well, they gave us a welcome bottle of wine, the villa equipped with everything necessary to make the stay a pleasure, Clean with luxury amenities for guests. "Rented this nice boat for 2 nights for a two 60-somethings and three 20-somethings. From "A to Z" it meet or exceeded our expectations. Boat was a bit old, the carpets, etc. were more that a bit "dingy", and 5 adults certainly "maxed out" the space.... but we didn't care much. It was such a unique experience for our 3 younger guests who had NEVER been on a boat before. The harbor is very nice with good restaurants. etc. Jim our "check-in /out" guy was great. Jeff our captain for our 4 hour boat...
