"Phone before booking and ask if pool was available for kid to have a swim told yes don't close until 10 to find out kids cant swim after 7 pm so wasnt happy but the girl jade behind desk was so nice and apologetic and gave us ticket for starbucks for next day drink also late check out so my boy can get a swim ........not like was the lifts were out and the girl behind counter at swimming had bad attitude "

"As always a great place to use as a base for business in the Trafford area. Great location, superb staff and rooms. Disappointed that they have felt the need to charge for parking now. Although not expensive, it was frustrating to see this is now in place. "

"Stayed for a night football match at Old Trafford. Previously have always stayed at Premier Inns but when looking for this match saw Holiday Inn Express at a good price so decided to try it. So glad we did, very impressed with the hotel, staff etc. Will definately look at stopping again on match nights."
