"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

"I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights with my husband. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there, the room was perfect size for us small, clean, nice and cozy. The staff were really sweet and friendly. Service provided was amazing. Things that could be improved: Toilet door fixed before arrival, Temperature of the water, the dial was not working properly and the heating kept turning on and off. We would have been really happy if we were provided with a microwave. The rooms are too close together...

"Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. For Liverpool football fans this place is literally right next door! Look out the windows and you can literally reach out and touch the Stadium! "

"Really beautiful place to stay showers are brilliant and bed is really comfortable would 100% stay again. Just as a caution be careful if coming in the evening time as some of the roads are pitch black at night and are a little wavy. But hotel itself is amazing"

"Fantastic B&B with the best hosts who made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Immaculately clean. We had the BB set nights sleep in the most comfiest bed. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. It's set in a great location quite central to everything about 10 mins walk to pleasure beach and roughly 15mins to the tower. What a great place the cozy nook is we highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thankyou for a great stay."

"Really lovely guest house in a fantastic area of Liverpool. Several amazing bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk and a cinema at the end of the road. Very quite street, lovely building and huge rooms. Will be staying there again for sure. "

"Needed a hotel near South shore. Normally stay at the north end of town. The hotel was perfect for where we needed to be. Paid parking at the rear. The lady on reception was very nice and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was adequate for a property this age. Overall enjoyable stay. It would have been great to have a shelf in the bathroom as there's nowhere to put toiletries. "
