"Stayed here before and back there now . My only grips are the heating. It’s like the system at work but seems stuck on 16 so it’s cold and you only get two bath towels regardless of how long you stay, you are expected to wash them and no tea towels even though no dishwasher."

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"We have stayed at these apartments many times over the years and have noticed that it seems to have changed hands, which made me more confident to book, as the previous owners charged my debit card twice and it took ages to get a refund! Anyway, back to the present - the apartment is in an ideal location for us and is great because it’s self contained. One (or two) drawbacks this time - no tea and coffee and we could not, no matter what work the smart TV, which was obviously smarter than us!!...

"This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. "Property was actually lovely, really happy with the apartment. Unfortunately, we felt slightly unsafe most of the stay. The key lock box was opened whilst we were in the apartment making us feel anxious. No communication during this time sadly, after voicing concerns. Shower head was not attached in the bathroom which is just inconvenient. Fire alarms going off 8 times between 1am-2am resulting in no sleep and debating leaving the property at 2am. "
