The rooms are very small, and one night it became clear not that sound-proofed (we knocked on the next door and asked them to quiet down and then it was fine), but there's a lot of table space in the lobby to spread out when you need to. Everything else is totally workable, clean. Location is great, next to Kawaramachi and Teramachi, between metro station and tons of buses. "

"Really love this hotel, very near shopping and dining, everyday we are walking around nishiki market, got to pet owls and pigs. Hotel is clean and cozy as well. When i come back to kyoto i will stay here again"

"Rooms are on the smaller side. Beds were great, breakfast at the restaurant was very good, alot of options and high quality food. There is a microwave on floors 4 tru 10 ."
