"My family and I got the quadruple room with 4 single beds. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. It is so close to the metro station which is about 5 mins walk. When we arrived there, they gave us a complimentary welcome drink. The room is massive with lots of amnetives and there are 2 toilets in the room for 4 of us. There are so much space to put our 3 big luggages and 2 carry on luggages. On the basement floor, you can use the washing/dryer machines to wash and dry your clothes. There is a section where the guests of the hotel can get free drinks, snacks and ice creams. The staffs there are very professional and friendly. They even helped us with the luggage delivery service arrangement. The breakfast there were nice too. Overall, i think this is the best hotel that we ever stayed in Japan."

"We love how central it was to everything. Very close to sanjo train station and the shopping / food around was amazing!! Hope to come back again in the near future for a much longer stay. Mahalo nui! "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a nice blend of traditional Japanese and western needs. We loved the onsen (although highly recommend going in the afternoon around 5pm or later at night because it gets BUSY), the complementary massage chairs, ice cream, and drink machine with matcha latte. We also took advantage of the 9-11pm complementary ramen, a nice pre-bedtime snack. The room was very nice, clean, and a good size. The only thing we caution is that the mattress was hard and the pillows aren't substantial, so if you're sensitive to that, bring your own pillow. We didn't eat breakfast here, but it looked good! Because of the tatami floors, you take off your shoes and walk in your socks, so be prepared for that."

"Hotel was really comfortable and bonus free coffee/snack/sake/drink lounge everyday. Staff was English speaking and super helpful. Would stay here again, especially for the low price. Location is a bit far from the central area. Despite that, 10/10!"
