"Overall Villa Lapas Jungle Resort was a good place to stay. We had 2 rooms with breakfast, but did not pay for the all inclusive stay because we are vegetarian and don’t drink alcohol. Positives: 1. Front reception staff, restaurant, and housekeeping are all very nice. 2. The setting is beautiful and well designed facilities. 3. The playground was great for our grandson. This was a huge plus. 4. When termites invaded our room the staff helped clean it and gave us a different room nearby. 5....

"This was a nice and affordable place to stay in Jaco. There is a security gate that locks for entry into the parking area and hotel compound, so you can rest assured that your vehicle will not be tampered with. The location was convenient, about a half block from the main strip of the city and also the beach. Comfortable bed, nice appliances and shower. I would stay there agin. "

"This is a basic but reliable, clean and comfortable hotel. It my second stay. The most important thing about this hotel is that it quiet. It is about 100m from the main street so it is super quiet. Hotels on main street have severe noise issues. This is not a hotel you linger in. You sleep, shower and leave. The rooms are VERY small so you can't really hang out in them.
