There's a new pedestrian walk way and cut through that's a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Went to a concert and stayed here and it was super easy. As to the hotel, the staff were all really helpful. We came for an early flight and staff were very nice and gave us an early check.in. lot of breakfast options available 😋. The hotel is near to ASDA ALDI MCDONALD'S AND TIM HORANS. Taxi from airpirt cost £35 to £40. It cost around £12 to£15 to Bull ring shopping centre in city. The house keeping is excellent. The rooms arejust right and have a kettle & iron. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Everything you'd expect. Only facility I used was for breakfast but no real complaints there. You can pay for that when you go for it. I probably should have flagged I was a vegetarian as the non-meat sausage/bacon as these weren't available as standard. But otherwise a good selection."
