"The hotel front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice, although we did have an A/C issuue but tahe staff adjusted our bill for it. The free breakfast was good, and the staff kept it stocked with both hot and cold choices. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with a pool bar next to it, that closed at 830pm. The hourly shuttle to downtown was nice, so we used it nightly. The drivers were not very friendly or helpful, but it could have been a language barrier. We...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you are looking for the fun fibe of Key West. Parking was an additional charge but well worth the extra money. On the day we checked out we could extend the parking two hours at no extra charge. Breakfast is included. The exterior of the buildings is a bit tired as the building is over 100 years old but the room was comfortable and clean. "

"First time staying at the Inn, as we stayed further down center of town last time but MUCH preferred this location as it is super quiet! A few things to mention Inn was full but still manged to let us check in 2 hours early, free water, starbucks coffee and a better then average continental breakfast, and nothing is free in Key West! "Both of the guys at the front desk were very friendly (the girl not so much). Smooth check-in and a nice continental breakfast that was included. Two nice pools and jacuzzi. I love the garden and pool area. The front room with the bunkbeds was a bit bleak, but at least the room was clean. "
