The first day we arrived they did not have the hotel room that I paid for. They put us up in a different room because they did not have an ADA room for my family. The rooms were combined, but did not have the two bedroom suite that I had purchased. The next day they gave us the room that I had purchased.

It was good experience staying at this property. Nice neat and clean location. You will feel safe. Downtown, gas station are near. They offer free parking which is greatly not available in most of the resort or hotel near waterfront. My only suggestion is make sure you mentioned hotel well in advance if you want upper floor rooms. I booked water front room with balcony and expect it will be on upper floor but couldn’t got it and end up staying on lower floor. Otherwise my stay was very good experience.
