How ridiculous that I accidentally clicked a button to book a hotel with you guys which I am a return customer and have been for 10 years. I’ve stayed here with my children. I’ve stayed here with just ourselves, but between Expedia and this hotel, they’re not trying to take blame for the fact that I literally clicked the wrong button booked a room for a night that was that very night Called within two seconds to fix it and then they both didn’t wanna give me a refund absolutely ridiculous and $500 you guys are actually mean for that like would you want that done to your family? What what’s wrong with you?

An Amazing Stay with Exceptional Amenities! I can't say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with complimentary drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. It set the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was pristine—super clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job refreshing the room daily, ensuring everything was spotless and stocked with fresh amenities. One of the standout features was the late-night pool access. It was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The pool area was peaceful, and being able to enjoy it under the stars made for a truly relaxing experience. Another huge plus is the location. The hotel is just a short walk to Duval Street, making it incredibly convenient to explore the best of what Key West has to offer. Whether you're looking for great dining, shopping, or nightlife, it’s all just steps away. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Would really love to give it a 4.5 and realize that we ont spent one night there, arriving late and departing early so take this with a grain of salt. Great location that was peaceful and convenient. Very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the ice cold beverage upon arrival and wished we could’ve stayed more than one night. Parking was limited. Neat loft setup that only lacked a few amenities, such as better airflow/ac upstairs without freezing those below. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a beautiful historic property with a lovely secluded pool/hot tub area. Very clean, staff was wonderful. Only thing was our room was very minimalistic. No dresser, no seating area other than the bed. One wooden chair which we used to hold one of our suitcases. Not much space in bathroom for toiletries. But it is Key West, we tended to go go go until we just wanted to sleep.
