Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back. Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it. One...

"If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. Fresh fish and other choices. The continental breakfast is truly a full fresh breakfast. Everyone knows you and wants to help you. There are fishing tours readily available and we spent a good Part of the week hiking about and lying on the empty beaches. Lots of sailboat cruisers around to chat with and other areas...

"Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come."

"Everything you need, if a little dated. Good beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, good out door furniture. We thought it was on the beach, but is about 3 mins walk away. The best beach in the Caribbean and Sandy’s bar on the beach really makes it! Internet and wifi very intermittent and power goes out often. The road in is rough but doable, main shopping in Georgetown, and Santanas bar is a good local place not far away. "

"The property is very well situated with an elevated position which gives you a sea view. It is quite a distance from Georgetown and you do need transport. Fanny's Bar is within walking distance but that is it. It is very well equipped, the only thing missing was a sponge to do the washing up. Some of the furniture is damaged - sofa torn and rattan chairs but this didn't detract from the amazing open space around the living room. It is a very spacious house and ideal for the children in the event...

"Beautiful spot and housing and excellent caretaker. The only drawback was the outdoor cats here, and at the beaches because my wife has some health issues where she has to limit her exposure to the parasites that outdoor cats carry. "

"This place has seen better days. Carpeting appears to be at least 20 years old. It's been a while since I stayed at a place that did not have a coffee pot in the room nor coffee available on the property by 7:00 am. The staff was nice and friendly which was the only save."
