Our family welcomes you to share in our lifelong dream to enjoy our piece of Heaven. We treat all of our guests like family and we strive to earn your rave reviews after every visit. "Bella Vista" is a nod to our family's Italian heritage. Meaning "Beautiful View" There is no simpler way to begin to describe the allure of this piece of heaven. The entrancing views from the front porch will not disappoint even the most discerning traveler. With the ever-changing colors of the water, the gentle lapping of the water just steps from your front door, and the occasional rainbow stretching across the sky, Bella Vista certainly earns her name.

We have enjoyed 6 years of hosting and have been blessed with a loyal family of guests since the beginning. Bella Vista's popularity has grown thanks to our guests and the wonderful comments made about their experience. If your dates are not available, please check out our sister property; Bella Vista Breeze, which is just 3 doors down!! We want everyone to enjoy the wonders of Exuma. With 2 properties of our own and our network of friends within the resort offering a wide array of other villas to choose from, we can certainly find the perfect accommodations for you, your family, extended family, and all of your friends. Please feel free to ask!!

We welcome both short and long term rentals. For rentals over 2 weeks in length, we will hold a $500 security deposit that will be returned within one week of the end of your rental.

Bella Vista is thrilled to be part of the Guest Services Program at The Hideaways at Palm Bay Beach Club. Being a part of this program is what separates Bella Vista from some other properties. Our guests have complete access to the Pool, Fitness Center, all Watersports, Shuttle service into George Town, the brand new Hospitality Suite, and the concierge services of the front desk. Not all properties are the same, underpriced properties do not give you access to anything the resort has to offer. Be sure to ask all hosts in The Hideaways at the Palm Bay Beach Club if their guests have complete access to the amenities. If you are going to stay in a resort, you should enjoy the resort!

We believe your vacation begins the moment you begin planning. We are here to help as much or as little as you'd like. We have made all the mistakes and we have discovered all the hidden gems throughout the island. We welcome the opportunity to share what we have learned and connect our guests to our friends on the island. We are not satisfied until our guests fall in love with Exuma!

The large (almost 700 Sq Ft) unit provides ample space for up to 4 people with a King-sized Master bed, a queen-size Murphy Bed, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer & dryer, and our comfy lounge chairs to soak up the sunrise each morning. Thanks to a network of friends within the resort, if you are traveling with an extended family, we can also help find other accommodations for the rest of your party. Just feel free to ask us to help.

Palm Bay Beach Club is perfectly located right between Jolly Hall Beach and The Famous Fish Fry; all within walking distance of the unit. Convenience abounds for all guests with an on-sight restaurant - "Splash" and Rental Car facilities located right across the street.

Wonderful stay in Paradise
Had an amazing week in Exuma staying in this perfect unit right on the beach. The place was immaculate and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We visited many of the places listed in their recommendations and enjoyed them all. Loved the secluded beach around the corner at Jolly Hall. Can't wait to go back again and will definitely stay here.

The property and surroundings are exactly as deacribed in the listing. The owners were so responsive to our needs and went above and beyond. Stunning view out the front door with another beautiful beach within walking distance. The suite had everything imaginable and it was like being at home!!!!

This was the first time that my husband and I have been in the Bahamas. The Exuma Islands are amazing! We are super-happy with our stay at Bella Vista. The view was beyond expectation, and the location could not have been better. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. The staff at the Hideaways are very helpful and friendly. The packet that we received from Michael and Roseann as soon as we booked was very useful. Michael and Roseanne were always quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend Bella Vista. Thank you for a great experience.

Exuma heaven...
Perfect location, beautiful property, wonderful hosts. Michael and Roseann answered all our questions promptly and reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. You couldn't ask for more personal service than that! Bella Vista was just so homey and inviting and had everything we needed or wanted. Location on the beach and the access to Hideaways amenities just added to the overall great experience. We have been to several Caribbean islands but this is probably our best vacation ever. Can't wait to return.

Lovely time, perfect location
It was even better than we thought it would be, the location is marvelous, close to the Fish Fry, but not close enough hear or see it. On a beautiful beach, with an truly ideal beach only a 4 minute walk. Right on the beach, enjoy the ocean from the patio, the lounge deck or the beach itself. The hosts were the best part, caring and provisioning the property in a fashion that was obviously the best in the resort. We will stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay if your ready to relax. Food choices weren’t up to what I expected, thought fresh fish would be abundant, not as much as I’d hoped for, did eat lots of conk and lobster! Hope to come back!

Perfect Paradise
If you’re a small family and wanting a host that will give you all the scoop on where to eat, who to rent from, tours, etc then this is the one! Steps from the ocean, we had a turtle visit every morning in our bay. Love the hot water in the showers! Spent the last two days at a hotel and gosh we missed this condo SO MUCH!! Front desk was so nice as well. Splash was delicious too!

Awesome little property! Great for couples!
We loved our time at Bella Vista. The location was great, and the view is spectacular. We stayed during the off-season (mid September) so finding an open restaurant was an adventure. We ended up walking down to the Fish Fry each night, where the food is just excellent. The owners of the villa are great to communicate with and gave us a lot of detail about the area that we found very useful. Highly recommend this property.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. The hosts were amazing from start to finish. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the front porch and short walks to Jolly Hall Beach. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels and umbrella! It was the best vaca ever! From beginning to end it was perfect - the weather, people, beaches and villa! I can’t even begin to say enough about the villa BellaVista at Hideaways. It was like walking through our own front door - there is nothing you could want or need that they did not have there and the owners answered any and all questions and believe me I asked a lot and they couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful! The property is exactly described, and everything we could have asked for! The host communication was exceptional. I don't know what to say except that all of the reviews and descriptions are accurate. Although there was so much to see and do on beautiful Exuma, we never wanted to leave the property. The best beach was just next door, the on-site restaurant was open for all meals, and the food was great! The villa had everything we could ever need to cook, including spices and condiments. All the beach toys were on site also. This is the best place to stay on the island by far.
