"Very well appointed large suites with terraces and fully equipped kitchens. Gorgeous mile-long beach with turqoise waters. Friendly staff. Good fitness room 24/7. The Greg Norman golf course which had been advertised was unfortunately closed!!! Will reopen when owners of neighbouring Sandals hotel will have renovated property, a few years down the road? Only weakness is Palapa (main) restaurant, with limited menu and insufficient choices for breakfast, including tiny choice of fruit, yoghurt and cereals and no possibility of ordering eggs separately. 23° restaurant is good and relatively high end but only open for dinner a few days per week. I would advise renting a car to be able to move around large island, drive to town to shop (about 15 kms) and eat out for variety. A day boat trip to the extraordinary beaches of Stocking Island is a must! Overall, a great vacation."

"When a tour is booked there should always be a room number or a number provided for communication. There is no service between 8pm to 8am so there should not be anything booked between those times if there is no one to reach out to you in your room in case of miscommunication. "

"This was our first trip to Exuma that we went with the VBRO path, so we were a little anxious but this house is everything described and more. Location: It is very close to the airport which worked out perfectly for our trip and added no extra noise at all. We had friends and adult kids arriving and leaving at different times so this was great so we didn’t spend our days crossing the island to the airport. It is also very easy to get into town for groceries and equal distance from either marina that was a starting point for excursions. Amenities: The owners truly thought of everything you would need to make your vacation complete! Very clean and so many little details. The pool-walking out to the beach, it was everything we wanted from our stay! Communication: Lynda the local house manager was great and very responsive. The owners even checked in and sent over a special surprise to help us celebrate the trip! We would absolutely rent this home again and our friends who came would consider bringing their own families here in the future. The perfect reviews of this home are spot on. Thank you again! "

"We spent a week at Coconut Breeze during the first week of January. The house was amazing! I can't say enough good things about it.There was more than enough space for five of us. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master with the large walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything needed to cook most meals and has a great layout. The house is located at the end of a street that is not busy at all so there is little to no traffic. The views of the ocean are incredible. The swimming pool is awesome and looks cool at night all lit up. The beach is a mile and half long and was never crowded during our stay.Sidney was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all of our questions, and gave us some good recommendations. She was a fantastic host. Check in and check out were very easy. The house was clean and ready when we arrived.I would highly recommend this property for a stay on Exuma. It's in a great location, not far from Georgetown, and a short drive from two grocery stores. It was nice being in the central part of the island because driving to either Great Exuma Point or Little Exuma only took about a half hour or so. It was also helpful to have such a short drive to the airport."

"We had a nice stay at this nice house right on the beach! Karin the hostess was great and always very quick to help with any questions we had- helped with restaurant reservations grocery shopping before we got there! We were a party of 10 and had plenty of space! We rented a car to start with but had the most fun when we decided to get 2 ATWs! No restaurants in walking distance so transportation is necessary!One boating day to see the pigs and to snorkel was amazing! The fishing day we had booked was a windy day so the water was real choppy- so check the weather before booking boating days!Overall we ahead a nice stay in the Exuma!"
