"Wow— what a wonderful place to stay! Eric and his wife were great hosts and their condo was perfect for our trip to Exuma. The condo was in a beautiful and peaceful bay where the water was the most amazing shade of blue. The condo came perfectly equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach. Close to town, the airport, and a food market. It was clean, well kept and Eric gave us lots of great recommendations to tour around the island. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back! "

"We had a wonderful stay! The villa was perfect for 4 people. Very clean, with an easy path to the beach. The beach chairs were helpful. It was centrally located to most amenities and restaurants etc. It's a newly renovated villa, so my only future requests would be a few more bath towels and wash cloths (had a washer though so it worked out) and perhaps a couple of folding luggage racks that could easily be stored if not in use. We would rent this villa again, it really was very nice! "

"We stayed at 1 of the 3 cottages. I had a difficult time figuring out where it was prior to booking as VRBO doesn't always show the exact location. It would help if a picture of where it is on the map was included in the listing photos. It was a convenient location in the middle of the island. While you could technically walk to the beach, I wouldn't necessarily recommend that. A rental car was necessary to travel around and the road to get to the cottage is very rutted. Shenifer also has cars for rent which was very convenient. She left the car at the airport for us to pick when we arrived. FYI- you drive on the left side. We spent little time in the cottage other than to shower & sleep so it had everything we needed. The cottage had 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and she loaned us a cooler. It was very clean! Also, very reasonably priced! Shenifer was helpful and quick to respond to messages! If you just need a place a cozy clean place to rest in between adventuring on the island- I highly recommend!"

"Where do I even begin....this house was amazing! From the second we opened the front door our family was in love! It's your own private paradise! The owners designed this house around the natural beauty and enjoyment of the property in mind. Located on Hooper's Bay, we had sea turtles visit us every morning and every evening. Our family loved relaxing on the tree covered deck, sitting on the dock, kayaking to the sandy beach, paddle boarding, swimming in the most gorgeous water and so much more right in your own front yard! We had 6 adults all having more than enough space and privacy. The house was cool and comfortable throughout. We all slept so well every night. Location is wonderful as well. Minutes to the airport, a small grocery and meat market and to Georgetown. 30 minutes either way gets you to any beach you want to explore from the Tropic of Cancer to Coco Plum. The last night of our vacation we enjoyed Cocoplum Bistro for dinner. We went around the table with each family member sharing their "favorites" from the week. Every person said the house was one of their favorite things. We woke up every morning in paradise! Last but not least, Monica our host was wonderful! She met us the first day, showed us around and told us about events that were taking place on the island. I texted with her throughout the week with ease. Thank you for such a relaxing week spent making memories that my family will always cherish!"
