"This house and property could not be more stunning! Our group of 14 (3 families with kids 5-15 yrs) had plenty of space and privacy for all. All 3 of the master rooms had amazing views. The showers and bathrooms are so large that multiple people could get ready for dinner each night. The pool was clean and warm, the ocean is protected in a bay, and everyone took advantage of the kayaks and paddleboard. The outside area is perfect - plenty of lounge chairs, an outdoor living space and dining area. We BBQ'd and enjoyed cocktails many evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and we were so appreciative of the spring water dispenser for drinking and making ice. All the small things (folks leaving behind extra sunscreen, bug spray, condiments) and things already well stocked in the house (toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels for bath and beach, snorkel gear) made us so much more carefree. The house is in a perfect location - easy to get to Georgetown, so many stunning beaches and other restaurants in the area (Blu was our fave). Communication with the host was great as well - we had to book an unforeseen last night as our flight got cancelled and luckily the home was available to extend our stay. We've stayed in hundreds of homes throughout many years of travel - this was the best one by far! Don't hesitate - book this once in a lifetime home. And if they ever sell - we want to buy it :) "

"This is a lovely group of modestly priced little cottages by the bay. Easy kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling provided. Plan to eat and drink away from the bar (Splash) because they really water down their drinks. The food there is “ok,” but there’s better offerings within a few minutes drive."

"Exuma and Latitude Adjustment was amazing! The house and property were beautiful on such an amazing stretch of quiet beach with the incredible blue water! Charlene was very helpful with arranging all the details for us such as stocking the kitchen, boat tour, a night with our own chef, massage, car rental, and a demonstration by Dave of how to harvest a coconut! It was a vacation with our whole extended family and we will treasure the memories for years to come!"

"We loved our stay at Cloud 9 ! The location is amazing and the pool and beach were perfect. There is no longer an outdoor grill which but the kitchen has ample supplies to cook. Beds are comfortable and great entertainment options for the kids ! "

Tom the host was amazingly welcoming and responsive, even answering our questions months in advance of our stay. The unit was perfect for our needs. The accommodations are generous and met our needs well. The place was clean and spacious and well-kept.The family REALLY enjoyed the pool, along with the seaside setting. This unit is in the center of the complex and sitting on the lanai you get the best view of the pool and the surf beyond. We even saw a pod of whales on morning from the lanai! The kiddos even got to sample the coconut water from coconuts plucked from the palms on site by the gardener!From the unit itself, to the location and management of the unit, you'll be hard pressed to find a better listing than this one.
