"We had a wonderful stay! Traveling with two small children the stairs were a bit difficult (but we knew they were going to be there so no surprises), but otherwise we enjoyed all the extras - games, beach toys, smart TV (firestick), plenty of toiletries, etc. "

"We had an amazing stay! The location is ideal! 5 minutes from the airport and centrally located on the island! Check in was very simple, we got there a bit early and Elaine was there to greet us. we arrived in Sunday…. GROCERY STORES CLOSE EARLY ON SUNDAYS!!!…. We didn’t have a car rented for the first day we were there so she kindly gave me a ride to the gas station to stock up on water and a few snacks to tie us over till the morning. The property was perfect! Lots of space for our group! The bedrooms were spacious with comfy mattresses and pillows, the open concept kitchen/dining/ living room was massive! The kitchen was VERY WELL STOCKED! We did bring some spices from home ( salt pepper and a few other seasonings) which I’m glad we did. We also brought toilet paper from home, and snacks for the kids. Groceries are quite expensive on the island so this planning ahead definitely helped. But the pool was the absolute best. To have the option of swimming in the ocean or swimming in the pool was great. They had lots of pool floaties, kayaks, and paddle boards for use. It was very windy the entire week we were there so unfortunately we didn’t get to use them, but we did get good use of the pool toys! The gazebo that was over looking the water was ur favourite morning coffee spot and provided great shade in the afternoons. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend!! Thanks for the use of your house on this beautiful island!! "

"Spacious, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Glen Roy has a beautiful home just as described and in the photos. When power went out briefly on the island the solar panels kept the lights and air conditioner running for us so we didn't even notice. The villa is walking distance to Moss Town Beach and Three Sisters beach. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Exumas. "

"This is such an incredible property, and we would 100% recommend and stay there again! Tons of outdoor spaces, everything you need to spread out and truly enjoy. On one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, comfy beds, great TV/hangout area (comfy oversize couches), and a pro-stocked kitchen! We hired a chef our last night and even he complimented everything.The main house has 3 bedrooms (the bunk room is very small, but sleeps 2-3), living, dining & kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms are in stand-alone cottages detached from the main house. All are within the gates of the property. It felt very safe, and the location is great if you plan to explore the entire island. Communication was great, we had them stock the kitchen with groceries before arrival, and even rented the car thru them. It was all seamless and perfect!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful time in Exuma. The house and property were nicer than the pictures! The property owner was so responsive and we loved the central location so we could explore both sides of the island. The power did go out a couple of times but it comes back on and property owner said they are getting a backup generator. Honestly didn’t really affect us. Only suggestion would be a couple more beach chairs but other than that we would come here again in a heartbeat!!!"

"9 of us had the pleasure of staying at Zen in March, and everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, very spacious (allowing us all to have our own space) and beautifully decorated. The kitchens and bbq equipment were brilliant and meant we could cook easily at home on some nights. The location right on the beach was stunning, and hardly and people walked by. Karin was an outstanding host, responsive to our questions quickly, helpfully and warmly. She knows everything about the island, and even brought us fresh fish to cook one night! She made our trip extra magical, so thank you!"
