"The homes location is close to George Town , yet has the feeling of being a private island, with nearly a soul in sight for the days we were here. The house itself was clean and well equipped for our family of 4. The views were spectacular. The waterfront was perfect for kids. Bambi and Doug were great hosts. "

"This is by far the best home we have ever rented. Very clean! The house was very well stocked. Plenty of high quality dishes, pans, storage containers and all kinds of yeti cups to keep our drinks cold! We generally ate breakfast and dinner at the house. With exception of having Heather come and cook us an amazing dinner! She served us and cleaned up. She was amazing! Age range from 17-85. Everyone had plenty of room inside and out. Charlene was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and always responded to a question right away. We tried Tim’s on the Bay the first night we were there and did not have a very good experience. We chose not to return. Definitely rent a car so you can explore. We did the 7 beach excursion with Exuma water sports and it was amazing!!!! We can’t wait to come back! "

"Our multi-generational family of 7 stayed at this property for Spring Break, and each of us loved it! The location is great, just minutes from the airport, and a central location for exploring both sides of the island. It's also right next to the Exuma sign, which makes for a great landmark. Despite the central location and the public parking nearby, the house felt very private, and we rarely saw another person on the beach (which is gorgeous!). Tim's on the Bay is a short walk away for food and drinks, if you desire (but beware the drinks are quite strong!).With 5 bedrooms, each of our children was able to have their own room, which they appreciated! 3 bathrooms means some have to share, including one bedroom that does not have direct access to a bathroom.The house is very well-stocked with everything you need, including multiple kayaks and so much outdoor seating, we never even had the opportunity to enjoy all of the different lounge spots! The espresso maker, ice maker, and water dispenser were welcomed amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the house is quiet and comfortable.All in all, we loved our stay at Villa Oceania and would not hesitate to return again!"

"This was a beautiful villa with incredible grounds. Twenty feet from the front porch was a private pool and fifty feet from the oool was a lovely beach with turquoise water. The house was well maintained and well equipped with everything you would need!!"

"The house was perfect for the two of us: a little older, more charming and a short walk to beautiful Jimmy Hill beach. A rental car is helpful for the drive to Georgetown and exploring the island. One sad thing is that trash gets left around the island. Enjoyed Tim's (on the beach a half mile away), Shirley's (on the way to Georgetown), the sushi at Exuma Yacht Club in Georgetown and a beachfront bar in Williamstown, Little Exuma."

"Coconut Breeze was everything we could have hoped for! The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom. Despite being less than a mile from the airport, we never heard a single plane. I highly recommend this amazing property! "

"great property! Staff were super nice and helped us book our full day excursion to the pigs, sharks, sandbar, and more. Having the splash bar restaurant on site was great to come back and end the day conviently and uniquely for dinner. beach side cottage was great, although we only had a partial ocean view and if I were to book again I might choose the more affordable cottages on the other side of the street. "

"A great family trip with my wife,81-year-old parents, 19–28-year-old kids and our two-year-old grandson. Property is spectacular, area is laid back and easy to navigate. Our concierge Karin took all of the stress out of coming to an area for the first time and was super responsive to any questions we had ranging from car rentals, restaurant recommendations excursions etc. She was a huge reason our vacation was one of our best ever."
