"The photos do not do it justice. This home is beautiful!!!! We have traveled and stayed in homes many times, but this one was beyond what we expected. It was my 60th birthday with my family and friends there *(10 of us) so we cooked in a lot. Everything was there that we needed and was very very nicely furnished. Beds were super comfy, A/C was perfection (which is important), pool was heated which was perfect on cool nights, wifi is awesome (which we needed to be fast), pool area had super comfy seating area, THE VIEW was so beautiful that it didnt seem real, the beach area was private and perfect for the kids. Home is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes to airport, 5 minutes to grocery store, 20 min to BLU (our fav restaurant), the home was so well thought out that if we were building it we wouldn't change a thing in the layout. "

"We spent a week at Coconut Breeze during the first week of January. The house was amazing! I can't say enough good things about it.There was more than enough space for five of us. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master with the large walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything needed to cook most meals and has a great layout. The house is located at the end of a street that is not busy at all so there is little to no traffic. The views of the ocean are incredible. The swimming pool is awesome and looks cool at night all lit up. The beach is a mile and half long and was never crowded during our stay.Sidney was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all of our questions, and gave us some good recommendations. She was a fantastic host. Check in and check out were very easy. The house was clean and ready when we arrived.I would highly recommend this property for a stay on Exuma. It's in a great location, not far from Georgetown, and a short drive from two grocery stores. It was nice being in the central part of the island because driving to either Great Exuma Point or Little Exuma only took about a half hour or so. It was also helpful to have such a short drive to the airport."

"The resort is beautiful, but since the Sandals closed the marina is very quiet. Golf course is closed. Nothing is close by to walk to."

"We stayed for a week with 2 families of 4 and absolutely loved everything about the property. Having a completely separate space for each family was perfect and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The beach is a short walk away and we basically had the beach to ourselves every day. Driving all over the island is easy and it was always great to come back to Casa Del Mar after a day of exploration. Gabby and Darron were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be returning!"
