"We had a most enjoyable two week Christmas holiday at this wonderful house... and I highly recommend it! The owner, Michael, was excellent at communicating with us and super helpful. Joanes, his property manager, was awesome! What a lovely man! Super helpful, friendly, and very available to us if we had any questions. Joanes and Michael were able to find a beach umbrella for us to use during our stay which was awesome - free of charge! The layout of the house was great - the living room furniture was newer than what's in the pictures of the house - super comfortable and was fantastic for the 6 of us to hang out playing games at night. The beautiful view and sandbar out front were a lovely bonus - as were the paddle boards and kayaks. The house was perfect for the 6 of us (me and my husband, our 3 young adult children, and one of their boyfriend's). Everyone absolutely loved it, and loved the pool - we just didn't want it all to come to an end. Having the laundry machine there also was super helpful. I highly highly recommend this house - we felt incredibly safe there and well taken care of. I hope we get to go back again one day! Thank you Michael and Joanes for taking such good care of us! "This was our 4th trip to Tropic of Cancer beach in Exuma. House was in great location right beside Brea's Grill. Enjoyed everything. House is great, pool is great. One of the very best on Tropic of Cancer. "

"Property is in old buildings but our room was recently updated. The room is very nice, just as the photos show, and clean. Pool is small, view is great! Over all I would say it is one of the nicer hotels in downtown Georgetown."

"Very secluded and private - you do need to plan groceries and food ahead of time if cooking 9n own and be prepared to substitute which can be fun if you like to cook. I would not say there are many restaurants to choose from more like small shack/pubs and very casual. The amenities are all here for this house including detergent and plenty of cookware. The pool is fabulous and everything is well stocked. The beach is as close as it gets and there is a small snack shack and bar about 4 doors down. Judy was very helpful. Bring cash if possible and use visa or Mastercard —- no Amex taken on island."

"We had our family reunion at shades of blue and the house and views were fantastic! The house seemed to be recently renovated, and there was plenty of space for all our family. The water really was the most spectacular shades of blue! "

"A most wonderful and relaxing stay in Valerie’s cottage. The cottage was spotlessly clean and lacked for nothing. Quiet, safe, and well located location. We enjoyed the amenities and used the kayaks to get over to Moriah Harbour Cay and the unpopulated beaches. Valerie made sure we lacked for nothing and was a wealth of local information. Best of all, her dogs were our daily visitors.Thanks for everything, we hope to return someday! "

"As newcomers to Exuma, we weren’t sure what to expect. I’m delighted to say that once we got all the needed info regarding check in, etc, we settled in quickly and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly want.(You can order groceries online from the local store and It will be waiting for you when you arrive! No need to buy water because they have filtered water at the house! DO bring/buy body soap and hair products as this is not supplied.) The outdoor space is perfect: your own beach, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, pool, etc. Overall, It was the perfect chill vacation for a family of 5 adults. Kudos to the owners!"

"We stayed for a week with 14 people - extended family. Had a great week. We had a boat pick us up right at the property for a boat tour, used the kayaks and paddleboards, snorkels, laid by the pools, hired a chef to cook for us, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked, plenty of towels, comfy beds, Some of our group got bit by little bugs when we were outside. Would recommend bringing your own shampoo & conditioner as they only give a couple of small bottles. They only provide the first roll of paper towels and paper napkins & drinking water. We weren’t prepared for that - so plan ahead. House manager was very responsive and helpful! We would come back!"
