"When arriving, not only was the lobby beautiful with a view - but the staff was very friendly and even upgraded us to a bigger room without asking! The room itself was VERY spacious, clean, the bathroom and shower area was so nice - they had everything you could possibly need (ie toothbrush/toothpaste, brush, facial products, shower products, hair dryer, etc). I’ve found beds in Japan are never comfy but these were actually better than other hotels. The room view was so pretty. I have nothing...
