"Absolutely gorgeous hotel and grounds. The staff go above and beyond and really do pay attention to detail (kids colouring tables, board games and wellies to hire, as well as a box of sticks for dogs!). I was dubious about taking my 6 year old twins as I wasn’t sure if the hotel was kid-friendly, but the staff made them feel so welcome and they even got free ice creams! The room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and light. We were lucky enough to have sunny weather, so sitting out on the terrace...

"Check in was super simple. The hotel is about 5 mins from getting off the train. Complimentary hot drinks at Mission Control make a welcome change! Food outlets are very near including M&S so you can buy cold options and drinks. The shuttle to the north terminal is only 5 mins walk."
