"We were an easy 5 min walk from Tamachi Station, so useful. The breakfast had lots of variety to suit everyone’s taste. Loved free coffee and tea in reception as well as extra goodies , eg toothbrush and paste, razor, wash clothes etc. very handy for travelling. Great restaurant across the road as well as large supermarket, Life, near the station. Bed super comfortable, bathroom was ok. Fridge added bonus. Would stay there again. "

"Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel. "

"Easy to get to Tokyo Disney with a washer, amazing Japanese style bathroom and kitchen. Late night food and a 24 hour combini made long Disney days so easy. Friendly staff and all the basic amenities like toothbrushes so no need to pack a toiletry bag!"

"This hotel is lovely and very close to Narita. A shuttle is offered, be aware that it stops running prior to late flight arrival. The room was nice and clean, not huge, but large enough to get around the bed without running into things. The breakfast was excellent!!! They had a good variety of items and the beef was the best meat I had tasted in months."

However my team of 5 were upset and unhappy when breakfast manager refused to let me take some bfast to go as it was too early and the manager at the bfast WAS INFLEXIBLE AND SAID NO DUE to company policy . U need to have hotel fix this nonsense and bad customer service as they would not let me take food to go when I COULD NOT EAT AT 6..30 am and this was very wrong !! Will...

"Check in and check out experiences were simple. The breakfast buffet option was plentiful, and I enjoyed myself fully! The room was warm at times, and I had to remember to enable the thermostat. Security is taken very seriously, I forgot my key in the room and told the front desk. They cross checked who I was and still assured that I was head3d to the right place!"
