"It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to."

"We enjoyed our time in this lovely house with responsive hosts. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the location close to a train station and small grocery store. We sat in the small garden admiring the vegetable plants while the hostess brought us tea. Memorable!"

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. I called the contact support number provided in one of their emails only for the person to tell me that the address listed isn't a hotel or a vacation home. That it was an apartment."

"The check in process was easy because the property manager emailed me guides days before my trip to Japan. The room was as described and perfect for one or two people. I love the modern style and the shower room was high and spacious. There are controls for vent, drying, heating in there too. The location was super convenient for traveling around Tokyo and all the hot spots. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe to walk by yourself at night. "This is a nice home centrally located to train stations. We did have an issue with the beds as there were no actual mattresses, just pads. The 2 queen bed mats slipped and slid on the wood bed platforms. The heated floors were a nice feature. All the appliances worked. 2 chairs were wobbly or broken. The storage closets were a mess and disorganized, but that did not effect our stay. Being from US, we did not understand the trash bin system but it was never taken off property.
