"Another great property of the Mimaru chain. Located in a mainly business office district it’s in a quiet neighborhood and not in a party or nightlife area. There are a couple of train stations close by but it’s about a 15 minute walk Tokyo Station but it’s only 2 bus stops away. There’s a 7-11 on the first floor and several other convenience stores on the same block. Property and staff are excellent. "

"I would rate the stay a 5 out of 5, but the bathroom needs to be updated and the walls are extremely thin. Other than that, the room was spacious considering Tokyo rooms are usually small. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great walking distance to Shibuya and other entertainment. Good food choices within walking distance as well. "

"We booked only a week ahead & we lucked out on a great location. If being near Tsukiji Market is your priority, this place totally works! It took us 3 minutes walking to get to the first Tsukiji stalls. We also visited shrines, parks, and explored a bit of Ginza (the next town over) for a more metropolitan experience. "It was in an amazing location, and the room was perfect. It would be an easy 5 stars if the staff were more available. For the week we were there, we saw someone at the front desk three times in total. It was not a big issue for us, but I could see how this could be a bigger deal for some travelers. "

"The noise from the train tracks was deafening. The tv is setup in the most awkward position. What they pass off as the tv program was pornography just placed in plain view. The staff wanted to charge me 820 yen just to reserve a cab (utterly pathetic)."
