"I liked that it was clean but the rooms were noisy and view was of the abandoned hotels behind the property. I appreciate that Lucca at the front desk changed the accessible room to a regular room because “clearly didn’t need it” and it was “scummy” to have booked it. I couldn’t help but feel it was a jab at me. I honestly don’t remember the type of room I booked through Expedia. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. "

"We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place for our trip to go to Disney World. We chose this hotel because it was more affordable and offered a park shuttle. They don’t post their shuttle times on the website but I assumed it would be at the normal times. It was not. The shuttle drop off times were after the parks opened and if you’re making the most of an expensive trip to WDW, then you’re going to get there before the park opens.
