"Regina was very personable and professional at check-in. The room was very clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect for my needs. The sink drained v. slowly which I mentioned on my way out and they thanked me for letting them know. It was a bit noisy (exterior to the building) early AM with machinery or dumpsters being emptied, or something. So just wear earplugs to bed. Overall, very good value for the location."

"I am a former Dir of Housekeeping of a 393 room Westin Hotel. People expect two things at a minimum Overall decent room. Clean, tall ceilings. For a Hyatt hotel I expect better pillows on bed. 4 standard pills on a (pillows themselves were great) king bed. Should be two king pillows and two standard pillows. Room 630. Room was clean, mini suite. Full size dishwasher was a nice surprise. Didn’t use it. Mini fridge, microwave, cook top. "
