"Reception very efficient on arrival ..5 mins walk from Station "

"4 star service at reception but poor service at breakfast ..nobody around..even went into the kitchen to find a staff member and waited 10 minutes to sit down.. so fed up we didn't bother to eat it on the end..hot breakfast looked cold.. need electric points moved as no room to plug sm extension lead on and no usb points .. receptionist apologised..shame as the rest of the stay was good and nice enough room for the price "

"Nice large rooms, good comfortable bed. Breakfast nice, staff friendly. Only downside, the hot water took forever to come through, water spurted out the shower head in all directions soaking the bathroom before falling off!"

"Short stay on a work trip. It is very relaxing and welcoming. Safari themed rooms add to the relaxing atmosphere. A place to visit with the kids and family. Ample free parking, the restaurants serve tasty meals. Mostly buffet breakfast however a few times it has been table d'hote. "

"Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. I had asked for extra pillows but only 4 were provided, which is usually standard in a hotel. There were no softer pillows available. "

"Reception was open 24 hours and super useful. Room was lovely as well, though the location is a bit loud as located next to Brighton’s major clubs."

"A nice enough hotel, Staff were efficient and polite although I couldn't say particularly warm or welcoming . we took a basic room and found it very pleasant, it was Warm , roomy and Clean with everything you would need , we also enjoyed a really nice full English breakfast. A very easy drive to kempton race course from here and a very nice Indian restaurant ( hotel dining was closed) within walking distance. We would definitely use warren lodge again. Thankyou."

"Very good place to stop on a budget. A couple of minor niggles with internet, signal was poor as basement room, and wired network cable/socket broken (as a network engineer I was able to rectify this myself) customer service desk answered quickly to queries that I had. Large room with a desk and full size bathtub which was a welcome luxury after a busy week. Great location at the top of Reigate Hill."
