"Fabulous location - near to the beach, in an area that feels safe but is a short walk to the high street and a 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Xavier was really helpful at all times. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Bathroom was a little ‘shabby chic’ and everything worked well, including the shower. My son loved the hidden room on the top floor!We really enjoyed our stay and it felt very homely and comfortable. "

"Wow! Stunningly beautiful barn conversion in a wonderful location. Highlights were waking up to see two deer in the front yard and the amazing interiors. My partner particularly liked the 65” TV and I loved the modern kitchen, so much so I cooked on two nights. Wonderful local farm shop/butcher’s. Plenty of nearby pubs to enjoy too. "We were a party of 12, including children aged 10-18, celebrating the New Year. The property was exceptional and undoubtedly one of the most stunning homes we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the thoughtful extra touches from Emma and Vicky—like the welcome hamper—were truly lovely.When one of our toilets didn’t flush properly, Vicky quickly arranged for a plumber, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend this house!"
