"The helpful friendly staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. The room was quite nice, a little small and no wardroom but it was ok for short visits. It would be nice if they had onsite The kettle and cups were in the room but no tea or coffee, you had to go to reception to get tea and coffee. "

"Close to the subway station east Ginza. Convenient location for shopping and there are some popular restaurants in the area. Complimentary coffee every day is a real plus. The laundry machine in the room is not really necessary but for someone that needs it might be a plus. For us it took some precious room space. "

"Its simple and it gets you by for a couple of days. As a first time traveller ton I was worried about using the train station. I didnt want to ride the train for 2-3 hours after a long trip. I used it as stopover after long day of travelling then transferred to another hotel after two nights. It has a good location. Its close to Ginza street and has a Family mart right below it. When you exit the hotel walk the alley by it theres alot of restraunts. Keep walking and you can get to Ginza 6. Just...

"This hotel had a great location literally steps outside the JR Otani station. It provided easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya and elsewhere on the Yamanote Line, and to Yokohama. Hotel was a bit dated and no free breakfast. This was okay as it was as advertised. Hotel was especially good for having options for multiple beds in a single room which is hard to find in Tokyo. The room was clean and the wifi was good. Overall, a good stay. Will consider again in the future. "

"Excellent location close to Shibuya Crossing and train stations. Lots of restaurants within the immediate area. Recommend this hotel. Pur room was small but had everything we needed."
