A bit difficult to get help from staff, but we figured things out on our own. "Good place to stay with a convenient location! Did not spend much time in the room, mostly just here to sleep and clean up. I liked the lofted bed set up, as that left plenty of floor space to open up my luggage. Beware there is no elevator, only a set of very steep and narrow stairs, so large luggage is difficult to carry up. Overall, would stay here again!"
