"My stay was wonderful! The staff are all so very nice and helpful. I chatted with people of all ages and I saw several family & friend groups. The room and common spaces are kept very clean. "Overall, not a bad experience. A good deal for how affordable it was. It’s dated, but clean. There is a smoky smell, as others have mentioned, but not terrible, unless you’re particularly sensitive. I had to leave early due to a storm, so didn’t actually sleep here, but accommodations looked fine. Pretty spacious for a typical capsule style. It was definitely warm, though. "

"It is a perfect stay if you are budget minded. There is a lawson and matsuya next to the hostel as well as the hostel being a cafe itself. If you want to go to shimokitazawa or shinjuku you can take yoyogi hachiman which is close by. The beds are comfortable, have two power outlets, and storage for 2 medium sized luggage. The staff clean and mop the floor everyday around 12pm"

"チェックインの男の方は無愛想で、何も教えてくれない。ベッドの場所を聞くと空いてるところどこでも良いですよと言ってくれた。でも、悪い人ではなさそう。 女子専用の場所に泊まったせいか、静かだし、まあまあ綺麗。チェックアウトが、14：30というのが良く、ゆっくりできた。泊まっている人は、ほぼ外人さん。シャワーの時にバスタオルがついているのが良い。あと、ドライヤーも。スリッパはないので、自分でスリッパを持参した方がよいと思った。 また、利用したい。"

"This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. I have tried reaching out to the hotel about that refund but have gotten no reply. I would recommend staying anywhere else"
