"Overall, not a bad experience. A good deal for how affordable it was. It’s dated, but clean. There is a smoky smell, as others have mentioned, but not terrible, unless you’re particularly sensitive. I had to leave early due to a storm, so didn’t actually sleep here, but accommodations looked fine. Pretty spacious for a typical capsule style. It was definitely warm, though. "

"The futons were comfortable. Aircon and quiet sliding doors were helpful. Liked having a microwave oven and kettle and washing detergent. However, there was only one sink in the house. Front office staff and cleaners were polite, friendly and accommodating. Appreciated the free washing machine usage and the relatively cheap clothes dryer fee.
