This place is actually a great value compared to other options in this part of the island especially because of the free breakfast and coffee/tra available throughout the day. They offer optional paid activities which are great and unique. Access is thru a very long, single lane road so best to arrive during the day. "

"This is really a nice place to stay. The view outside the room is amazing! There’s no doubt that I would like to stay here again. Very nice and friendly host. Awesome experience to live here, it is like live in home, and the room is well-decorated and clean. The host is so nice and if you need a ride to the airport, you can schedule with them. Also, they will prepared you breakfast between 6am to 9am. "

"The villas property itself was good, nice walking distance to the shops and Marriott where we went for a luau. The pool was on the smaller side but kids loved it. We stayed in one of the older units so it was dated which didn't bother me. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable though. The utensils and items in the kitchen were very minimal. "Outstanding location near Volcano national park with friendly and helpful staff. All of the details were thought of from breakfast to shoe cleaning kit and bathrobes. A book with all of the information you’d need about the property, about the National Park, and about the area was provided. We highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. Perfect place to stay right outside of Volcano National park. "

"What a beautiful slice of paradise—a little sweet cottage with everything we needed —off the grid (but still close enough to groceries and great restaurants) with excellent hikes and beaches nearby. Eric and Susie were excellent hosts with delicious breakfasts featuring local fruits and visits from their friendly cat, Slash. We left happy and relaxed. "

"This was booked last minute due to a last minute cancellation for another property. Beautiful property especially for the earthy type of individual. It was perfect for my needs however I don’t see people staying here that require more of an upscale type of setting. Leaving the room to use the community restroom is probably the only thing that was not too thrilling. All in all it fulfilled my expectations."
