The general manager and his team offered a exceptional service. However my room was cold and the mattress was uncomfortable. The hotel’s facilities were average. The gym had a few machines out of order and no water cooler. I did appreciate the convenient location, which allowed me to explore the city easily. Overall, my stay was good. I would recommend...

"Hotel clean but in process of being repainted. Hotel not in nicest area but very close to bullring and practically opposite grand central station. Car park is a 5 minute walk away and you have to pay daily rate while it is cheaper it still adds to cost. Car park is secure but so secure we couldnt get back in as nobody answered the phone and we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to coming out to get in. "

"Located in the town center, most of the things are on walking distance. They have a friendly and cooperative staff members🙌"

"The hotel was average. The decor needs dong up. You can hear everything outside even from outside your bedroom even if people are walking in the hallway. They need sound proof walls "

"We were a group of friends for the festive party. The Village would have known how many people were booked in, yet only 2 bar staff were allocated to the bar. We had to keep leaving the room to get drinks from the main bar. Why not just put more staff on? The breakfast options were good, BUT when asked where to put some recycled items, we were told to put it in the bin. How is that eco-friendly?"
