"Loved how close it was to everything in downtown Chicago, and the Magnificent Mile. The only reasons for a 4 instead of 5 star, were petty minor - the pool was smaller than the pictures made it look (it's just a lap pool), and the "breakfast available" wasn't much to speak of. "Regina was very personable and professional at check-in. The room was very clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect for my needs. The sink drained v. slowly which I mentioned on my way out and they thanked me for letting them know. It was a bit noisy (exterior to the building) early AM with machinery or dumpsters being emptied, or something. So just wear earplugs to bed. Overall, very good value for the location."
