"Great location to Broadway and surrounding great staff. Horrible bathroom with rust !! Tried to change room when arrived but it was always crowded customer service. When I did check out told customer service that had a room with bathtub with rust coming out. Told her was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to take a bath. She said you should tell us and we change you room. The point here I should not neither any other guest pay for a room that bathtub was rusted and this was against our health....

"I love the restaurant inside of the hotel. Breakfast everyday was delicious. The waiters were pleasant. I also loved the bartender as well. Everything was walkable around the hotel. Also, the NY waterway ferry was easy to navigate. I cannot wait to stay at this hotel again. One other thing that was nice, was the rooms were spacious compared to the compact hotel rooms in NYC. "

The hotel is in the heart of the theatre district with lots of fun tourist activities with a 10 minute walk. The beds are very comfortable, and the room size is typical for city center. "I must say, The Ameritania was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely fashion. It was Deon's 44th birthday and the staff left him birthday gifts in the room for our arrival. It was very clean and they even upgraded our room at no additional charge. If you are interested in visiting NYC near Time Square, this is the place to stay!!!"
