"I liked how the property included multiple renovated buildings and kept some of their characteristics and history. Being located right off of St. Charles made transportation around downtown New Orleans easy with the streetcar. I wouldn't recommend walking directly from the hotel to downtown, especially the area around the highway at night. Had no problems myself, but I can understand others may want to drive or take public transportation to feel safer."

"Older hotel but I would definitely stay here again. The parking makes this place all worth it. Those guys are on point with their jobs. It’s 24 hour service and when I say quick they are quick. Now the place is clean to be older but the walls are paper thin so the next door neighbors were very disturbing to us. The curtains need replacing badly as they look to be from 1940’s with wear and tear . The beds were like a brick sleeping on them too. Overall friendliness is ok they did their jobs...

"We had a group of 15 visiting for Mardi Gras. Comfy beds, great location, easy check in, and great complimentary breakfast. "

"The front desk staff were very good and friendly. However, on our first night I asked to have the bed linen change because it doesn’t look clean. The housekeeper came, not very pleasant. She changed the linen but whole time she was changing the linen, she keeps saying her back hurts and I had to help her change the linen. And she didn’t even say thank you to me for helping her. "

"Couldn't ask for a better location. Could walk to just about everything, but still nice and quiet at night. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One caveat - don't bring a car to New Orleans!"

"I really appreciated the Great Hospitality of the staff. They was so nice and welcoming. Kiara at the front desk was almost like family before I left. Very sweet person. They all greeted me coming and going. My tub was stopped up and they sent maintenence right on up to fix it. He even was nice. I will definitely be staying there for now own. Best Hotel stay ever.."
