"The property is stunning. Location is pretty good. New Orleans can have some sketchy neighborhoods - and there are some within walking distance, but this area seems to be up and coming. We had no safety concerns during our stay. Lyft ride to the French Quarter is about 13, so access is pretty quick and easy.The place was spotless when we checked in - which was early after we received permission to do so from the owner. The process to request and receive early check-in was smooth and seamless....

"The owners were very responsive and helpful. It was a beautiful space that definitely matched the listing & could accommodate a larger group. The only thing I would mention out of caution is that there was a bath/shower whose curtains were difficult to move around, which led to a fair amount of water on the ground and, eventually, a nasty fall. "Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2025 and had a total of 9 guests. Lots of space for everyone. The location was pretty decent, although a walk/short drive to most restaurants. About a 10 minute drive to Bourbon St.The street parking near the unit isn't marked great, so we parked directly across from unit and didn't have an issue.The unit has lots of stairs, so may be tough for anyone with trouble getting up steps. "We had a great time at Quaint Charm in NOLA. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was close to all attractions. The parking is only on street, we had to go to the side streets occasionally and if you have dogs the courtyard is mostly paving stones so you will need to take walks on the sidewalk which is not ideal. Overall we’d recommend this rental, we had a great time there.. "

"Noisy neighbors for our first three nights of our stay up until 2:00 am with screaming kids and party parents. Lots of street noise. We were not made aware that we were staying in an upstairs unit with a flight of very steep stairs. Kitchen was outfitted with dollar store knives and sheet pans. Bath towels were very thin except for three."
