"Advertised on the website was : Full breakfast, but being english that meant to us bacon, eggs etc but it was full continental. The room was fine, clean etc, but a bedside light would have been an asset. Other that that ,staff very friendly & helpful."

"We booked this property because we were traveling from the US with children and it had a pool. I was surprised there was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor, which was a bit difficult to navigate the winding staircase with our large luggage. The amenities were not exactly as described- there was no shampoo or conditioner, just a single pump that we were told could be used for hand soap, body soap, and shampoo. "Great hotel in new romney perfect base to get around my room was perfect comfortable bed tea and coffee and a bottle of water waiting for me in my room lovely and warm specially with it being cold outside shower was great and the tv reception was amazing with everything you would want to watch tne pub was great also with a friendly atmosphere the breakfast was brilliant all cooked perfectly by pete the manager i will definitely be staying again so if anyone is looking to stay in the area then...
