"this was a great location and gorgeous beach. Rooms could use a revamp but they kept the grounds very neat and the cleaning staff was very friendly. By far our best dinner was at their restaurant. They are building a resort right next door so constant noise 7 days a week. the ac is on balcony so it’s loud to sit out if you leave it on and the balconies are all right to each other so it’s awkward to sit out there if your neighbors are out too. "A hidden little Gem in the heart of Grace Bay Beach. It’s a short little walk to the beach ( 3-4 minute walk). The condo itself was nice and had everything you could possibly want. The bed was a bit firm for our liking ~ but not really a complaint. Ariel does a great job managing the property. He is very knowledgable about the area and local restaurants.
