"We had such an amazing stay at this property with our family. It was the first time our 3 kids have been to e island, but my husband and I’s sixth. If you are wanting a peaceful and calm stay, this is a great place."

"We have never stayed in a beach front home. This home was literally 30 steps to the ocean.Super clean accommodation’s with a salt water pool - a one of kind on the island. We walked to coffee and dinner and just short drive from the shops and stores. Another high light was the bonfire on the beach."

"This is a great base for exploring the island. I hired a car which meant that all the beautiful beaches were very easily commutable and some absolute gems within a 10 min drive. There are bikes available at the property along with beach chairs, towels, umbrella and some brilliant lilos. These are a very nice touch and made our stay all thay more enjoyable. "Great location of the price. If you want to be away from the crowd and able to drive to the beach easily this place fits well for a great price. We loved pool all to ourselves, the kitchen was well stocked with basics allowing us to make our own meals. The bed is a comfortable king. Kelly is a wonderful host. "North Turks, is a peaceful, beautiful location. Beach is pristine. It brings you back to simpler times. If you’re looking for dining, try middle Caicos mudjin bay. Beach and caves there are amazing and food and drinks are good. Buy your groceries in Provo as supplies are limited in the North island. Groceries are pricey but buy them in Provo and take them on the ferry with you. Most excursions are from Provo and you’ll need to ferry back there for them. Enjoy the tranquil beach and unwind....

"The Sunset Cottage provided a relaxing stay in Middle Caicos. The natural beauty was everywhere, i.e. sunsets, coastline. "Booked this somewhat last minute and glad we found it! Traveling with teens so it was nice to have room to spread out, the house is really quite large, we didn’t even really use the entire downstairs floor. Recently renovated and attractive. "Everything was lovely & the staff were extremely accommodating. Our condo was equipped with most everything one would need to prepare light microwavable meals (if so desired); even had a washer & dryer. Excellent restaurant on the property that offered breakfast, lunch & dinner daily, ala carte. Bring extra cash as many taxi drivers do not take credit cards & without a car you will need taxi service to the closest grocery store, gift shops & ice cream @ 1.5 miles away. If you have mobility issues, please find out if any condos have a walk-in shower - ours only had a tub with shower & no grab bars. Resort has 2 pools with 1 designated as "Quiet" for Adults only & a nice hot tub. Pleasant traditional decor & very comfortable beds. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Oasis. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. While I didn’t dine at the on-site restaurant, I was impressed by its stunning décor and inviting ambiance. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and truly lived up to the name Oasis, offering a serene and tropical atmosphere that felt like a hidden getaway. I also appreciated the hotel’s proximity to local restaurants and shops, which were just a short walk away. The bike rentals were a fun way to explore the area, and the staff made renting a car easy and hassle-free. Overall, my experience at the Oasis was fantastic—I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape."
