"Beautiful property. Clean and spacious rooms in our condo. In room washer and dryer is really handy. Spacious parking lot for every room in same building. Property has 3 buildings, a pool in the center. A shower next to the pool is convenient for washing away sand from beach. Easy walk to Leeward beach, which is less crowded than Grace bay. Property chairs and umbrellas on beach is really convenient! We enjoyed our 5 nights stay here!"

"Amazing set up for 6 adults. Three en suites and a poolside half bath. Bedroom AC is perfect and with the help of a small fan kept the bathroom cool as well. It does get warm in the kitchen and living area but opening up early morning really helps. Had to close up at night for security. Beware of slippery poolside tile when wet. A crate of towels is provided and were essential to traversing the deck after rain or pool play. Kitchen is over the top stocked not just dishes and utensils but all modern appliances (including panini maker)! There is an amazing brand new Weber grill poolside which we loved using for steaks and local fish. Moonrise over the canal was spectacular. We made use of the paddle boards and snorkeled right off the dock. This is a truly wonderful house equally for chillaxing or adventuring. Was welcomed by Claire on our arrival with a very informative tour. Nice way to learn all the bells and whistles. Jacinthe, the property manager met our every need. Responsiveness and accommodation was top notch. On an island where daily necessities are exorbitantly expensive, there was enough paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent etc for all six adults for 9 days - an unexpected luxury. One of our most perfect vacations happened right here. Highly recommend to all."

"This place was in incredible. You have to fly into Provinciales, take a 15 minute taxi ride (which the concierge for this Josie will set up for you,) and take a 30 minute ferry ride (also set up by concierge upon request.) We had a rental car waiting for us and drove the short drive to the house. Once we were there, we never had to leave. Perfect pool. Ping pong table. Our own private beach. Billiards. Games. Books. Views. Everything. It is not perfect. It is subject to the weather and elements, but it is incredible. The house is gorgeous and well stocked for our meals for 14 people three times a day. They have both kinds of coffee maker. We brought a lot of our food and liquor in checked bags. There’s a grocery store called KJs about ten minutes away. Five minutes further is Niques, a little bigger. There was the cutest outdoor dining at Baracuda Beacg Club and. Adam y restaraunt called Cilantros. The island is quiet and safe. There’s no traffic and very few people. The people we did encounter were so kind and hospitable. There is not night life. There’s a bar or two but if you want clubs etc, this is not the place.we walked the beach without seeing other people every day. We saw another family on the beach a ways down twice. The stars at night off the roof top area are magnificent. The temperature of air and water match well and there is always a breeze. We warned of mosquitos at dusk and after it rains. This is true but not awful. It was all around epic. "

"Such a fun house to stay, especially with kids! The layout is perfect for a group. The pool is beautiful with the slide (the pictures don’t do the slide justice - it’s incredible) and the sun shelf is perfect for relaxing. Just a few minute walk from the beach. The house is loaded with everything you could possibly need, and it’s so charming and quirky. The host and ambassador were so friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again! "
