"Overall, we found our stay at Windsong to be quite pleasant. The staff were attentive and very polite and helpful. Our continental breakfast was good, as was any additional food that we ordered. The butler was very helpful when booking a kayaking excursion. We only got to snorkel on one afternoon because it was too rough at other times and they were not giving out the equipment. "Our stay was very comfortable. We thought we had booked the deluxe garden room, but unfortunately we had not. The front desk person Sandy, was very accommodating, and was able to get us a room w/a garden view. The gentleman Desir, took our bags to the 3rd floor, only to have to bring them back down again. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. "Great location especially the beach side it’s not so crowded being it’s a small resort you aren’t sitting on top of other people. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We stayed in 2 bedroom ocean front and it was so comfortable with the large balcony. It’s perfect for families "

"Overall, our stay at the Ports of Call was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and professional. The location of the property was ideal for activities/restaurants in the area. "New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "Truly a wonderful experience. North Caicos is a place where everyone is glad to see you and loves to laugh. Kadra was a wonderful property manager and was responsive and made excellent recommendations as to beaches, restaurants and excursions. The house is super remote and you have total privacy. "We had a rental car so we didn't care too much about the location but it turned out that location of this hotel was pretty good. Walking distance to fish fry on Thursdays and to Mr. Grooper restaurant. Beach is short ride on golf cart with driver Daniel who is relly awesome.Hotel provides lounges,umbrellas and towels for you. That beach is really beautiful, we went to every single one on the island and that one is the best apart from secret/hiddden beached that we discovered. Room was very simple and clean. We had king size bed and small kitchenette with microwave, toaster and small fridge. It was very quiet at the hotel no one ever was at the pool area. We didn't test the pool either. Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay. We stayed for 5 days."

"We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton. Most of the staff were very helpful, some of the staff seemed a little bit bothered by asking questions or recommendations. The food quality, and all the restaurants was excellent. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful views of Grace Bay. The pool is heated, which is needed this time of year. The beach was beautiful, expensive with lots of chairs and great service. The water is a bit cold this time of year. The activities that the hotel can book for you are incredible. We went on jet skis and did the lady Grace half day boat tour with with a barbecue. Overall, highly recommend this resort."
