"Our family of 6 adults (parents and early 20’s-aged kids) enjoy our time the island. The hosts were very responsive and the home’s description reflected accurately. The home was spacious and the hosts provided beach chairs, toys and towels. While not directly on the beach, the walk was a quick 3-5 minutes. The bedrooms did have good AC and even though noted in description, the remainder of the home was without - the slight cross breeze and fans did help some but our family found the heat...

"We rented one size of this duplex for a week for two adults. The place is very clean, very quiet and very safe. There is parking spot for your car, on the side of the house there are clotheslines we were happy to use for items that should not go into a dryer. The pool in the back was a great addition, we would cool off after a day of activities. The beds are very comfortable and with the AC the inside temperature is always as you like it. "The House was great! Nice separate area for kitchen that sits in front of pool area, then dock, and boat. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms and nice separate two bedroom unit with couch for teenagers to hang out and TV and kitchen (this was the teenage boys "bachelor pad" for the week). Pool was great- we spent lots of time in. Bike to Blue Haven market were great. Walking was great. Beach across the street for glass bottom kayaking and foil boarding. We arrange a private chef and had a great dinner....

"The location and proximity to the beach (You can walk to Grace Bay with ease) are simply amazing at this villa! I would highly recommend. Stayed with family for just over a week and we really were sad to depart. Tonnes of room, beautiful gardens and pool, well equipped kitchen, very very clean. The property manager we interacted with was as good as any I have ever dealt with. We all felt so refreshed after our stay and we will certainly be back to the villa in the future."

"This is the second time we rent on this property and both have been a great stay. Very comfortable home and very convenient (with a car). Hosts are great to communicate with and responded to our messages and questions promptly. A great place for a family stay. Would highly recommend and return!"
