"Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant. A few staff members at the pool were not warm and welcoming. They seemed frustrated at times. Otherwise the service and staff in all other areas of the resort were amazing. It was a great vacation overall for our family. "

"Our room was really nice and we were close to the pool, restaurant, and beach. We mostly ate at the restaurant at the resort. We got to try a few different things and everything we tasted was pretty good. Also the location of the resort itself was close to the grocery store, shopping, and other restaurants. I wished they had an onsite restaurant or vending machine for late night snacks but overall our stay there was fine. "
